My lessons are at my school, so i don't have to go very far and the longest it takes me from a part of the school to get to my lesson room is 2 minutes, so i got it easy!

my flute teacher comes to my house so it does not take me any time to go to my lesson, but some times she is late, but I like it when shes late. It gives me more time to worm-up

I live in Bahrain, so it's a bit different here.

It takes me around 20-30 minutes to get to Piano/ Theory class depending on the traffic at the time

Most of my teachers come to my house or are at college.
But it's about a 10 min drive to my guitar lesson - only because of city congestion, dry.gif otherwise it would be alot quicker!

I have a 35-minute walk to the train station, followed by a 20-minute train journey, followed by a 35-minute walk to my violin teacher's house at the other end. On the way back I often just get a bus!! smile.gif

30 to 45 minute walk (depending on the weather partly as the short cut is impassable when it's been wet).
If it's raining I drive which takes about 10 minutes.

For my flute lessons now it takes a 10 minute walk then 10 minute bus journey then 2 minute walk from the bus stop to her house!

When I walk to my lesson ( which is most of the time) I know how long it tales to reach certain points on the way..... (got another bag there?).

To get to my guitar lesson: probably about 2 minutes!

It takes me about 20 minutes to get to my piano lesson, but it takes me 45 minutes to get to my voice teacher's house. That's an hour and a half commute, and an hour lesson. It doesn't bother me, though, because she is the greatest teacher!!!
Crazy Musician
It only takes me around 2 minutes to get my violin teachers house.

Hi musicmanNZ! cool.gif

well for my oboe lesson its about 4 and a half hours round trip - 1 and a half hours there, 1 and a half hour lesson and 1 and a half hours back. Its a really long drive but its worth it cos i have an awesome teacher! also i only have 1 lesson every two weeks.
for piano its 2 and a half hours round trip - half hour there, 1 and a half hour lesson and half hour back.

i think it doesnt matter how long it takes to get there, so long as you're enjoying it!
