This came to my notice in the last couple of days. I know it's short notice but here you are anyway.
Come as you are; bring your passion, have a cuppa!
Join host, clarinetist and music educator Kat Browning for a sunny afternoon of performance, expression, and musical experimentation at the Quaker Meeting House in Eccles, Greater Manchester.
Tea and Jam, an initiative for amateur performers of all ages and artistic backgrounds, was created as a way to unite a dynamic – yet often underserved – demographic of artists who may simply crave a more casual and open space.
Whether an advanced gigging musician, an adult learner with newfound interest, or a younger student who’s recently picked up their first instrument, all are encouraged to bring their instrument – any instrument! – and “Jam”: enjoy an open space to perform whatever you’ve got under your belt!
Of course, tea will be served.
The Facebook event page is tea and jam or message me for an email address if you want to find out more.
