Really, really hoping that the theory results come through today (4 weeks exactly), as I have a pupil who is going for an advice audition at 3 and she would love to be able to tell them her result!! Keeping everything crossed. (And checking far too many times!)

Me too! Obsessive checking for practical and theory results as I’ve discovered in the past that the notification email doesn’t always arrive first- in fact, sometimes I’ve received the certificates in the post before the email!

I've been checking too... For the last few sessions there has been a message on the website giving a time when the results will be posted - but all is quiet this morning, no clues... Come on ABRSM, give us an update & let us know when we can expect our theory results!

Definitely appearing, just found mine too! Two distinctions and 3 merits across grades 3 and 5. Really pleased for all my candidates.

Just wanted to add that my Grade 3 pupil who got 100 is an adult who hasn't done any kind of exam since he was at school, where he said he was 'rubbish at exams' and felt a failure. He decided to do a theory exam to regain some confidence and to prove to himself that he can succeed in exams. He is, understandably, over the moon. I'm so delighted for him.

Just a grade 5, 97, but there is no way he would have got that if he had been sitting the older style paper. It is so much easier now, without the melody writing (which must have included an element of subjectivity in its marking) and with the multiple guess questions. This child hadn't bothered to learn his terms but got lucky or maybe is just good at guessing.
