The organ in the recently opened concert hall in Taiwan is reputedly the largest in Asia.  It has 9,194 pipes, 127 stops, 5 manuals and reportedly cost NT$120 million (£3 million) to build.  It was built by German organ builder Johannes Klais Orgelbau.

Well Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, (which I have played) is more than that at 10,268 pipes. The Boardwalk Auditorium in Atlantic City, New Jersey in 33,114 is probably the largest.

Different website give different answers, but some are clearly out of date.

The Boardwalk Auditorium in Atlantic City, New Jersey in 33,114 is probably the largest.

The second largest would be the Wanamaker Grand Court organ in Philadelphia with six manuals, 464 ranks and 28,750 pipes. I guess the next largest would be West Point Military Academy Cadet Chapel (4 manuals, 375 ranks, c.23,500 pipes). Passau Cathedral is said to be the largest church organ in the world and the Hazel Wright organ in Christ Cathedral, Garden Grove, California (5 manuals, 270 ranks, 16,061 pipes) is reputed to be the fifth largest organ in the world.

As an aside, does anyone know how many six-manual organs there are in the world? Apart from Atlantic City, and the Wanamaker, the only other one I am aware of is Waldsassen Basilica in Germany: https://youtu.be/fgHeuNe8v64

Atlantic City is actually a seven-manual instrument. As for six manuals, this thread elsewhere eventually yielded this list;

1) Wanamaker Grand Court Organ
2) Mainz Cathedral
3) Stiftsbasilika, Waldsassen
4) Duomo di Monreale, Palermo
5) Sejong Cultural Centre, Seoul
6) Forrest Burdette United Methodist Church, Hurricane, West Virginia (the largest draw-stop console ever built, but I believe the organ is mostly digital)
7) Residence of Phil Maloof, Las Vegas (theatre organ console, formerly in Chicago Stadium)
8) Palacio National, Barcelona
9) Bazylika Matki Bozej Lichenskiej, Poland

However, no.8 no longer exists except for the case with its display pipes.

Information about the Seoul organ seems very difficult to come by. I've seen a specification, but never any photos of the console.

The Polish organ sounds quite nice.
