I honestly want to do this concert this year (I can afford it this time) as I enjoyed the last one i did a couple of years ago.

I'm just not sure whether I'll be able to take that weekend off of work.

Not sure if I'm allowed to double post (even though it's been a month since my last post)

If I did do this concert, would I be able to play clarinet (despite the fact I don't have a teacher right now) and also play ukulele with someone.(don't have a teacher either).

You don't have to be taking lessons.

As long as it fits the time limit you could play both instruments. Do you have a someone lined up?

Hmmm, any recorderists up for anything?  Especially of the lower/larger variety?  Or that garklein/descant/tenor/great bass quartet I've been banging on about for years but still not got round to?!

Hi Rach123

The closing date is the 18th January, and yes, there are still a few spaces left.

Thank you

I'm going to get on and apply (because then I can ask my boss at work for that weekend off)

Would I be able to do as I did a couple of years ago and email you the form and pay online?

(I'll pm you for details)

Another question. Do I have to do two forms (one for clarinet, one for uke) or can i do both of them on the same form? (I have no idea what i want to play on uke and sort of sure of a piece on clarinet)

EDIT!  9:07pm - Just looked at travel options and it seems like there's engineering work (rail replacement buses grr) that weekend on the mainline here in essex. Might have to forgo this for another year unfortunately :'(

Rach - the bus from Ingatestone to Newbury Park is pretty fast. Then Central line to Stratford, Jubilee to Waterloo and then SWR. Allow an extra hour for travel. Do-able I’d say :)
