Of 'Songs without Words' ,Op19 No4 and No6 are two of the easiest ones. Around Grade 8 to first Dip level, my favourites are Op 38 Nos 5 and 6 (Duetto), and Op 53 No3. The one called Spinnereid (Op 67 No 4 I think from memory) is fun to learn and perform too, and the famous 'Spring Song'. I have played all of them at various stages

Thanks, f#m. Yes, I'm starting with the easier ones so I can concentrate on things other than learning the notes! I'll have a look at the others you suggested, as I hope to move on to some of the more challenging ones in a month or so.

At a sort of second level up, do try the F#Minor Gondola Song in my favourite key !
