I've been asked to play 2 pieces I don't possess. One is Fernando Germani Chorale No1 in E Major. The other is Cleoburys Toccata. Anyone know of books these are in or where I can get them?

I would guess that the pieces are from a CD and that the composers' names are actually those of the performers on the CD. If so, it's probably the Franck Chorale No. 1 (though that's about 13 minutes long and an odd request for a wedding), whereas the Toccata is probably the Widor - though it could be by anyone. You can find the Franck on IMSLP if you want to see if you're prepared to learn and play it!

When I say CD it could, of course, be streamed/downloaded - I haven't really kept up with the technology!

Spot on! Another forumite suggested the Franck. I think the other piece is by Prizeman and is the theme from Songs of Praise. Hopefully can find these now. I shall have to ask what part of the Franck they want.

Both pieces not easy to play. Franck is diploma material, Robert Prizeman 'Songs of Praise' Toccata Grade 8 ish, I have a copy somewhere.

Yes, when I've established the pieces are definitely correct, I shall have to get practising.
