(BTW, do you play the banjo? I used to play clawhammer banjo competitively before arthritis put a stop to that.)
Sorry. My brother in law is American and is very pompous. But on the plus side he thinks I am god as far as musical things go, and asks for my opinion about his children's music lessons. He doesn't always take my advice though, because he knows better!

The banjo? Well, that's a bit of a moot point. I own a banjo. I have used it to accompany my quartet in a song. But to say that I pay it would be a bit of a stretch. I can play one song on it, I have no idea what chords I am playing as I learnt it by rote, and I have zero technique. It went down a storm at the time though!

I'd love to learn properly but I'm really far too lazy. I like sitting in my Poang chair reading a book far too much!
