Interpreter arrangements in Hong Kong for Face-to-Face exams in March-April 2024

From 2023 onwards, ABRSM no longer offers an interpreter service or books interpreters for candidates. Therefore, if candidates need interpreters for their March-April 2024 face-to-face Practical Grade or Diploma exams, applicants or candidates must make the arrangement themselves, following ABRSM Interpreter Guidelines.

To support candidates, we have published a list of possible interpreters below.  Applicants must have ticked the ‘interpreter’ checkbox when making a booking for a candidate who will be bringing an interpreter. If the ‘interpreter’ checkbox was not ticked when making a booking, there will not be any additional interpreter time scheduled for the exam.

Please note that neither ABRSM nor HKEAA will be involved in any arrangements with interpreters, nor any payment. The list of interpreters and their contact details is available to assist candidates in finding an interpreter, and arrangements thereafter should be made directly between the interpreter and the applicant or candidate.

2024年3月至4月香港面對面考試之傳譯服務安排

ABRSM從2023年起不會再為考生提供傳譯服務或預約傳譯員服務。因此，如參加2024年3月至4月ABRSM面對面術科或文憑考試的考生需要傳譯服務，申請人或考生必須按照ABRSM的傳譯員指南自行作出相關安排。 

為協助考生，我們於以下發布了可選用的傳譯員名單。如考生於考試當日需自行攜同傳譯員出席，申請人在為其報考時必須勾選「傳譯員」選框，否則有關考試將不獲額外的傳譯時間。 

請注意，ABRSM和考評局都不會參與有關傳譯員服務的安排，更不會處理當中涉及的任何費用。所提供之傳譯員名單及其聯絡方法僅限於協助有需要的考生尋找傳譯員，此後的所有安排應由申請人或考生直接與傳譯員進行。
