Teacher Hub

Join the Teacher Hub!

Be part of our online community that supports you and your career.

We understand what it’s like to be a music teacher – perhaps working in a variety of locations, missing adult conversation or working through your lunch break running extra-curricular bands. With this in mind, the Teacher Hub provides a place where you can join a community of like-minded teachers, share resources, knowledge and expertise, and find relevant and engaging CPD.

Courses

With courses on pedagogy, assessments and qualifications and developing your professional practice, there’s something for everyone. All our courses are CPD accredited meaning that you can have confidence in the quality of what you are learning. Free of charge and paid for courses ensure that there’s an option suitable for any budget.

The Teacher Hub team are currently working on an online course to support teachers to use Music Medals assessments, we can’t wait to share this with you soon.

Resources

Browse our library of free resources. With articles, videos, audio, quizzes, and resources to download, we continue to grow this library every week with new inspiration. You can filter the resource library to find materials that suit your teaching.

Our top five resources are:

  1. A Day in the life of an ABRSM Examiner
  2. Our introduction to the Teacher Hub
  3. Tom Hewins needs one minute of your time to enhance practice
  4. Exploring pathways in music for string players
